Born in 1976.
In 2007 graduated from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.
From 2005 to 2008 – was a member of the Board of Directors at Trans-Group.
From 2009 to 2010 – became General Director of Aeroexpress.
From April 2011 was the advisor to the Mayor of Moscow on transportation, and for the development of road transportation infrastructure in the city of Moscow.
In 2012 graduated from the Private Educational Foundation of Higher Professional Education, the International Judicial Institute, specializing in management organization.
On 6 th December 2011, by the №745-РМ order of the Mayor of Moscow, he was appointed to the post of Head of Department of Transport and Development for Road Infrastructure for the city of Moscow, including a service agreement to last for the duration of the Mayor of Moscow's term of office.
On 25 th September 2012 he was appointed Deputy Mayor of Moscow by the Mayor of Moscow and Head of the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure for the city of Moscow.
