From 1979 to 1984 – the general foreman, chief engineer, chief of the «Achinskaluminystroy» Construction Trust (the city of Achinsk).
From 1984 to 1985 – the Deputy Manager of the «Sayanaluminstroy» Trust (the city of Sayanogorsk).
From 1985 to1986 – the Manager of the «Sayantyazhstroy» Trust (the city of Abakan).
From 1986 to 1988 – the Manager of the «Abakanvagonstroy» Trust (the city of Abakan).
